Meet Justice

I’m Justice Oppong-Tuah, a data and technology professional with over a decade of experience working across education, IT systems, and digital operations. My work sits at the intersection of data, technology, and people, where I enjoy transforming complex information into practical solutions that support learning, organisations, and decision-making.

My professional journey began in the classroom, teaching ICT and Mathematics. Those early years shaped my approach to problem-solving - structured thinking, clear communication, and a focus on outcomes. Teaching also sparked my curiosity about how technology and data can improve systems, support learners, and drive better results.

Over time, my responsibilities expanded beyond the classroom into technology coordination, data management, and digital operations. I became increasingly involved in managing information systems, overseeing digital infrastructure, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of education data used for reporting and decision-making. These experiences strengthened my analytical mindset and deepened my appreciation for the role data plays in shaping strategy and improving organisational performance.

Today, I focus on data analytics, technology solutions, and digital innovation. I hold an MSc in Information Technology from the University of the West of Scotland (UK) and have developed strong practical skills in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, and data visualisation platforms. Through my projects and professional work, I enjoy turning raw datasets into clear insights that help organisations understand trends, improve processes, and make informed decisions.

Along the way, I’ve worked on projects involving data analysis, digital systems coordination, web development, and machine-learning-driven applications. Whether analysing operational data, building analytical dashboards, or supporting technology initiatives, I bring a solution-focused and collaborative approach to every challenge.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: data is more than numbers - it tells a story. When interpreted thoughtfully, it reveals patterns, opportunities, and insights that help organisations move forward with confidence.

My goal is to continue using data, technology, and education to create meaningful impact - helping organisations operate smarter, supporting learners and communities, and contributing to a future where decisions are driven by insight rather than guesswork.

Beyond Work :

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring emerging technologies, building data and web development projects, and sharing knowledge through teaching and mentoring. I’m passionate about continuous learning and believe technology should always be used to create positive impact in people’s lives.

Professional Focus :

My work currently focuses on three key areas where data, technology, and education intersect:

Data Analytics & Insights

Transforming raw data into meaningful insights using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and data visualisation platforms. I enjoy identifying patterns, building dashboards, and helping organisations make better data-driven decisions.

Technology & Digital Systems

Supporting the implementation and coordination of digital systems that improve operational efficiency. My background in IT coordination and systems management allows me to bridge the gap between technical solutions and practical business needs.

Computing & Digital Skills Education

With experience teaching ICT and supporting learners in developing digital capabilities, I am passionate about empowering individuals with the skills needed to thrive in a technology-driven world
